I don't think it does. If I'm not mistaken all Pentium D processors require socket 775, and this is a socket 478 motherboard.

I don't think that Core Duo processors are supported by P4800 SE board. Core Duo requires socket 479 motherboard.

I bought a converter socket from e-bay 478 to 775 for $18. Which means that I can run 775 cpu's as long as the cpu is maxed to the motherboards Bus speed in my case 800Mhz.
