upgrading from the chart

i currently have a a7v8x-x rev.1.xx mb with the via kt400a chipset socket A 462 bus clock 166 my processor is an amd athlon xp 2800 if i up grade to to a Athlon XP 3200+ AXDA3200DKV4E will i see a faster speed.

In my opinion it's not worth it. Athlon XP 3200+ are overpriced, and after upgrade you probably won't notice the difference in many applications.
