Where is Abit Socket 478 info?

Need upgrade info for ABIT BD7II-Raid.
Currently using Willamette Celeron 1.7/128/400/1.75V SL69Z
Can it run a Northwood 2.8/533/512/1.4V ?

A17 Motherboard , (Pentium 4 Socket 478 Northwood)

Can't find info on ABIT website. Trying to replace Pentium 4 2.66 Ghz/800Mhz bus/512k cache with 2.8 or 3.0/800 Mhz/1Mb cache. Use'r manual indicates support for Pentium 4 Socket 478 processor with 800/533/400 Mhz system bus speeds. Also supports Hyper-Threading technology.

I'm looking for the CPU upgrade options for EPox EP-8RDA3 motherboad. Currently configured with AMD Athlon 1.25 Ghz and would like to upgrade to a faster CPU if it would be worth the money. Thanks.
